Nibedita Sahoo is a certified yoga instructor and holistic wellness practitioner with over 21 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and holistic health. She holds an M.A. in Yoga from Utkal University of Culture and postgraduate and undergraduate qualifications in Sanskrit, giving her a strong foundation in traditional yogic philosophy. As a freelance yoga therapist, she has conducted private and corporate wellness programs, mentored students, and served as a yoga judge at events organized by educational institutions and sports associations in Odisha. Passionate about holistic wellness, Nibedita combines yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and healthy lifestyle practices to help individuals achieve better physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized guidance.
